Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@nexiopick.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to a different address which will be provided when you contact.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders


If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 3–5 days of delivery).
We may request a photo of the item and packaging to help us assess the issue. If confirmed, we will either:

  • Send a replacement at no extra cost, or
  • Offer a full refund

Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned:

  • Used, worn, or damaged items
  • Your order is not delivered due to factors within your control ( e.g. providing an incorrect delivery address or zip code).
  • Items without original packaging
  • Products beyond the 30-day return window.
  • Clearance or final sale products

Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation:

  • Order confirmation will be sent immediately after placing the order.
  • Shipping confirmation will be sent within 2-7 days after order confirmation.

Order Cancellation:

Cancelling orders is only possible within 24hours after order confirmation. After this time, we cannot provide a refund. 

Refund Process:

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 7-14 business days. For more accurate information, please contact your bank or credit card issuer.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us through our contact page.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without a justification. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
