SHIPPING POLICY

 

What is your lead time?

Most orders are received in 1-2 weeks from order to delivery.

We ship worldwide. Typical delivery times are:

  • USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
  • UK & Europe: 7–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

These are estimated times and can vary due to customs processing or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience during high-volume periods.

Package preparation time?

After receiving your order request, we usually need 1-3 working days to prepare the package.

I placed an order but I didn't receive a confirmation email, what's going on?

Please check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Address / Delivery Issues

NEXIOPICK is not responsible or obligated to replace or refund packages delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Non Deliveries / Returned Delivery

If a delivery is returned due to issues with the address, or if the recipient is not present for delivery and the parcel is returned to us, there will be a shipment fee to redeliver the parcel – this will be calculated and communicated before re-sending.

Customs & Import Duties

If you belong to the Canada and the United States, we will ship by UPS, Door to door, and you do not need to pay any import duties. 

For international orders, customs or import duties may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost at checkout.

Please be aware that each destination country has different import tax threshold on the value of goods that can be imported into the country before import tax is chargeable. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Tracking Your Order

We will send you a tracking number to your email once the package has been shipped.
