Most orders take 2-5 weeks from order to delivery (this time is an estimate and is subject to warehouse location and local postal service). Add a few days for customized orders.

If you need to purchase an item by a specific date, contact us for a quote on expedited shipping. Please note that while we do our best to meet deadlines, we cannot guarantee arrival by a specific date. Once the package has left us, the courier company will, at its sole discretion, decide whether or not to deliver your order in a timely manner. We ask that you purchase well in advance of the deadline to avoid any unexpected delays. (In general, expedited orders are expected to arrive in 1-3 weeks.)

Overall, there are roughly 2 situations

If it's a product quality issue or shipping damage, we will offer a free return or exchange.

If it's just that the customer doesn't like our lights (although highly unlikely!) , the customer will need to pay for the return and exchange shipping costs.

How long is the warranty?

First of all, we are proud of our products, and I am sure you will love it, Lifetime Warranty on All Products (some of our products come with a complimentary bulb from the manufacturer, and the complimentary bulb is guaranteed for 3 months)

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse or neglect. This warranty does not cover natural deterioration or wear and tear of materials. The warranty does not cover purchases made through online auction sites or other unauthorized dealers.
