Please note: All of our fan lights are equipped with DC motors.

If it's a product quality issue or shipping damage, we will offer a free return or exchange.
If it's just that the customer doesn't like our lights (although highly unlikely!) , the customer will need to pay for the return and exchange shipping costs.

How long is the warranty?
First of all, we are proud of our products, and I am sure you will love it, Lifetime Warranty on All Products (some of our products come with a complimentary bulb from the manufacturer, and the complimentary bulb is guaranteed for 3 months)
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse or neglect. This warranty does not cover natural deterioration or wear and tear of materials. The warranty does not cover purchases made through online auction sites or other unauthorized dealers.
